The contents of this archive should be considered Public domain (freeware) and should not under ANY circumstances be included in any profit oriented packages. In other words, Don't make money with my work. This is my tribute to the people who've made the great Flight Sim freeware we've enjoyed since 1985.

What this is:

This is an enhancement for the default FS2002 scenery for the Winnipeg Airport (CYPG) located in Winnipeg, Manitoba, CANADA (you know where this is, right?).

Notes:

This can be a very heavy scenery and as such, you may require an adequate machine to run it on. You may choose to reduce your scenery complexity settings to normal if you experience low frame rates. A 1000+ Mhz machine should handle this well at maximum quality settings.

Installation:

In contrast to previous releases, we've decided to package the scenery with Installshield's web packaging. This will hopefully make it easier for the average user to install. Please note however the following details:

1- To begin installing the scenery execute WinnipegAirportScenery.exe.
2- Select the folder where you wish to place the scenery folders and their files.
Please take note of of this folder as you'll need it to add the new scenery area to FS2002.
Please make sure that you remove any previous versions of this scenery that you may have already installed. At least remove the scenery area from within FS2002.
3- Run FS2002 and add the new scenery to the flight simulator.

Feedback & Recommendations:

Constructive feedback is encouraged AND NEEDED. This is by no means the closest it can be to the real layout of CYPG. Fortunately for me, I do communte often via this airport and I can place things in their general positions.

However, if you do have Charts and airport maps, please feel free to email them to me. Who knows... I may even design a few more airports in my FS time. :-)

Last and NOT least, I would like to thank the following who helped develop the contents of this package:

David Baskin (testing)
Peter Stiller (testing)
Chuck Nicholson (testing)

and finnaly:

My Wife Karen (for her patience & encouragement)
